Privacy Policy

Presentation-Master owns a privacy policy. This policy makes sure that personal information and personal data will always remain confidential. Presentation-Master only uses this information to provide the services that we were hired for in the best way possible.
Presentation-Master can use information provided by their clients or visitors of its website, to send newsletters, offers or information on its services (direct marketing). Presentation-Master will not share this information with a third party.

Personal information used by Presentation-Master

Presentation-Master processes personal data of our clients when they use our services or if these personal data were handed to us by them. We process the following personal data:

  • first-and last name
  • address data
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
  • bank-account number
  • other personal data that were actively provided by our clients, for example by telephone or in other correspondence.

Special or sensitive personal data

During our coaching and training sessions we film our clients. Our clients know about this and all have given their written authorization prior to the sessions, to use these videos for the purpose of their training/coaching sessions. The filmed footage can only be seen by our clients through a secret and safe YouTube link. The recordings will be stored for a maximum of two years, unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, the recordings will be permanently erased.

Why do we process personal data?

Presentation-Master processes personal data with the following purposes:

  • handling of payment
  • sending of newsletters
  • contact through mail of telephone if needed, to carry out our services
  • to inform our clients when changes in our services have occurred
  • for the purpose of the optimisation of the personal coaching/training results
  • legal obligation to process personal data for example for a tax return

Sharing of personal data with others

Presentation-Master doesn’t sell its personal data to a third party and will only provide this information when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or if a legal obligation occurs.

Access or removal of personal data

Everyone has the legal obligation to access their personal data, correct them of remove them. Everyone has the right to withdraw the given authorization to Presentation-Master, or to oppose against the processing of these data. Also there exists a right against data portability. This means that a request to put forward the personal data that are in the possession of Presentation-Master can be sent in a computer file to the client concerned. or an organisation that is indicated by the client concerned. A request for removal/correction/revoking or use  of the personal data, can be sent to To make sure that the client concerned is actually making this request, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your ID of Passport  together with this request. You can black out your photo/machine readable zone or other personal data on this copy for your own privacy. Presentation-Master will respond within two weeks after your request has been received by us. Safety of personal data

Presentation-Master takes the safety of personal data very serious and has taken precautions to avoid abuse/loss/unwanted access/unlawful correction or publication. Presentation-Master has taken the following precautions to prevent this:

  • security software with a SSL certificate
  • sending of your data through a secure internet connection
  • the computer and the privacy sensitive files are secured with a password
